Three applications, one institute

Run the whole institute
from one place.

Admissions, attendance, the course plan, the question bank, exams, fees, hostel and stores — kept together so nobody chases the same record twice. Teach from an interactive book, and hold your examinations online, securely.

Staff, student and parent accounts. Ask the office if you need access.

Three applications that work together

Administration, the classroom and the examination hall — each with its own application, all built around the same institute.

Institute Management System
The office, the staff room and the accounts desk, together.

Admissions, attendance, the course plan, the question bank, exams, fees, library, hostel and stores - one record entered once and right everywhere after that.

  • Eleven departments on a single set of records
  • Role-wise access down to the individual button
  • Reports that are already added up when you open them
Interactive Book
For teaching and presentations.

The textbook as a live lesson. Every chapter carries the concept, then questions from every angle, then graded hints, then the full worked solution - opened one layer at a time in front of the class.

  • Quick view for the board, full study view for the detail
  • Hints revealed one at a time before the solution is shown
  • Monthly revision sets and a week-by-week practice cadence
Secure Online Examination
Conduct exams online, securely.

Every candidate gets their own paper, drawn from the same question bank the teachers write into, with the clock kept by the server rather than the browser. Marks land straight on the student's result sheet.

  • A different paper per candidate, from your own question bank
  • Server-held timer, tab-switch and full-screen monitoring
  • Marked on submission, into the same records as a written exam
Inside the management system

One system, every department

Each module feeds the next, so a record entered once is right everywhere after that.

Admissions

Enquiry to enrolment on one record, with the fee schedule and offer letter attached to it.

Marketing & Enquiries

Every enquiry tracked to its outcome, with agent incentives calculated from the admissions that followed.

Course Completion Planner

The chapter sequence, the hours each chapter needs, and how far each teacher has actually reached.

Timetable & Attendance

Period-wise timetable, daily registers per section, and the actual classes held feeding straight back into the plan.

Question Bank

Units, chapters and questions with figures, chemistry notation and mathematical typesetting - ready to build a paper from.

Exams & Results

Schedule the paper, record the marks for a whole batch in one grid, publish the ranking.

Fees & Ledger

Receipts, statements, the cash book and every expense against one running balance.

Library & Text Books

Stock, issues and per-student book requirements, with signature sheets ready to print.

Hostel

Floors, rooms and beds, the outpass register, and who is where right now.

Store & Purchase

Purchases, issues and consumption, so stock on paper matches stock on the shelf.

Staff & Access Control

Staff records, and a role system that decides exactly which screen and which button each person gets.

How it works

Four steps from paper registers to one screen

Nothing is thrown away on day one. Your existing lists come in as they are, the roles decide who sees what, and the reports build themselves out of work your staff were doing anyway.

Talk to us about setting it up
1
Set up your masters

Classes, sections, subjects, fee heads and staff - imported from your existing spreadsheets, not typed again.

2
Give everyone the right door

Each role sees only what it should. Teachers get their classes, reception gets admissions, accounts gets the ledger.

3
Run the day normally

Attendance, classes held, fees collected, marks entered - recorded where the work already happens.

4
Read the position, any day

Course progress, dues, attendance and results are already added up. No one spends a night before a meeting compiling them.

Why this one

Built inside a working institute

Every screen exists because somebody needed it during a real academic session — not because a feature list said it should.

Nothing entered twice

A class held updates attendance, the course plan and the teacher's progress in one action.

Access you control

View, add, edit and delete are separate rights, set per role and per screen.

Works on a phone

Attendance and class entry are done standing in a corridor, so they are built for it.

Your data comes with you

Every module imports from CSV and exports back out. No lock-in.

Questions

Before you ask

Anything not answered here, the office will answer directly — get in touch.

Yes. The modules share one set of student and staff records but are switched on per role, so you can start with one department and add the rest whenever you are ready.

No. Every module has a data-import screen that accepts a CSV exported from your current registers or spreadsheets.

Access is set per role, per screen and per action - view, add, edit and delete are separate permissions, so a teacher can record marks without ever reaching the fee ledger.

Yes. Every page is built to reflow on a small screen, which matters most for attendance and class entry that teachers do on the move.

Yes, with their own limited views - attendance, results, dues and course progress for their own record only.
