Trilochanpada, Jajpur Town
The Mother Institute of Science prepares science students at Trilochanpada, Jajpur Town. The work that matters happens in the classroom — a chapter explained well, a doubt cleared, a paper corrected honestly. Everything else exists to protect that time.
So the administration was rebuilt around it. Attendance, the course plan, the question bank, examinations and the fee ledger were pulled out of separate registers and spreadsheets and put on one connected system, where a class held once is reflected everywhere it should be. A teacher records what they taught; the progress report, the syllabus timeline and the examination topics all follow from it.
What began as our own requirement is now three applications — the management system, an interactive book to teach from, and a secure way to hold examinations online. They were designed by the people using them, during real academic sessions, which is why they fit the way an institute actually works rather than the way software usually assumes it does.
Their classes, attendance, chapters covered, question bank and marks entry.
Admissions, fee collection, dues, purchases and the day book.
Their own child's attendance, results, dues and course progress. Nothing else.
Timetable, syllabus position, marks and the books issued to them.
